Construction Moves Forward with Foundation Work this Summer

On June 1, foundation work began with pile driving for Phase 1 of the Pilgrim-Triton Master Plan. All pile work will be conducted within the designated construction hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pile driving activities are scheduled to be complete by July 1. We thank you for your patience while crews work to complete this phase of construction as quickly as possible.

Construction framing is anticipated to begin in August 2011 once foundations have been placed. The noise generated by the construction activities that follow piles will be imperceptible by comparison.

Ground has Broken for the Plaza at Triton Park

Phase 1 includes the demolition of 92,000 square feet of existing industrial office space and the new construction of 300 for-rent apartment homes in a mixed-use development that will include a centralized park, approximately 17,000 square feet of ground floor commercial, and a 650 space parking garage.
