Phase 1 "The Plaza at Triton Park"
Overview
 The Plaza at Triton Park will include the demolition of 92,000 square feet of existing industrial office space and the new construction of 300 for-rent apartment homes in a mixed-use development that will include a centralized park, approximately 17,000 square feet of ground floor commercial, and a 650-space parking garage.

Update
In mid-2009, Northwestern Mutual Life (Owner) and the Sares-Regis Group (Development Manager) received a PD permit for the Plaza project. In early 2010, Northwestern hired Devcon Construction Inc., out of Milpitas as Design/Build Contractor for the project. In early 2011, Devcon received permits for pile work, foundations, and utilities. Demolition of the former buildings was completed in May. Construction work has since commenced on the site.
