Phase 3

Project developments in phase three will consist of up to 186,000sf of commercial space with ground floor commercial facing the park and live/work townhomes along East Hillsdale Boulevard. The commercial office building (or buildings) will be designed to meet the needs of multi-tenant occupants, but could also be efficient for use by a full building tenant as well.

The construction of the office creates a live/work mixed use neighborhood. We are currently in the preliminary planning phase for this project. More information will be made available as the city approval process advances.
