Phase 1

Phase I Development of the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan includes the demolition of 92,000 square feet of existing industrial office space and the new construction of 300 apartment homes in a mixed-use development that will include a centralized park and approximately 17,000 square feet of ground floor commercial...

Mixed-Use Space

Phase 2

The second phase of development is currently planned to be along the lagoon water frontage to the east of the site. The projects will include townhomes along E. Hillsdale Blvd, approximately 60,000sf of office and ground floor commercial, and up to 220 residential units to the north of this zone. The development of the water frontage is an exciting portion of this development and will result in more pedestrian access to the Foster City Lagoon.

Phase 3

Project developments in phase three will consist of up to 186,000sf of commercial space with ground floor commercial affronting the park and live/work townhomes along East Hillsdale Boulevard. The commercial office building (or buildings) will be designed to meet the needs of multi-tenant occupants, but could also be efficient for use by a full building tenant as well.

The construction of the office creates a live/work mixed use neighborhood. We are currently in the preliminary planning phase for this project. More information will be made available as the city approval process advances.

Phase 3 - Parcels C & D

Phase 4

This is the final phase of the master plan. Though it is the furthest from the central park, it is the most visible of the developments to passersby and will be the flagship of the development. The same mixed use concepts that are the hallmark of the master plan are repeated in this concise development with on site housing, office and retail opportunities.
